上海酶聯文獻 : 核酸適配體在真菌毒素檢測中研究進展

【摘 要】核酸適配體是指在體外利用指數富集的配基系統進化技術篩選得到的核酸(DNA 或 RNA)片段。基于核酸適配體的檢測方法具有特異性高、穩定性好、易于修飾等優點,在真菌毒素檢測領域得到了廣泛的關注和應用。本文在傳統檢測方法的基礎上,著重介紹核酸適配體在真菌毒素檢測領域中的研究進展,并提出目前存在的問題及發展趨勢。
