摘要: 目的 研究雷公藤多苷對潰瘍性結腸炎大鼠炎性因子及結腸組織絲裂原 p38 活化蛋白激酶 ( p38MAPK) 和核因子 － κBp65 ( NF － κBp65) 蛋白表達的影響。方法 從 32 只 Wistar 大鼠中隨機選取 8 只為正常組不做任何處理，24 只構建潰瘍性結腸炎大鼠模型，死亡 2 只，將剩余 22 只模型大鼠隨機分為模型組 ( n = 7) 、實驗組( n = 8) 和陽性對照組( n = 7) 。正常組和模型組均灌胃生理鹽水10mL·kg － 1 ，試驗組灌胃雷公藤多苷 20 mg·kg － 1 ，陽性對照組灌胃柳氮磺砒啶0. 5 mg·kg － 1 ，連續灌服 14 d。
